Expected behavior for ministers in the INC?

When I was growing up I was exposed to a number of different religions and groups. Catholics, various protestant groups, buddhism, etc. You name it, I've proabably been there at some time. The INC was not one of those I had any exposure to, though, until moving here to the Philippines in more recent years.
What seems really different about the INC is the willingness of their ministers to air all their baggage in public and, even worse, on social media. Never have I previously experienced this sort of judgemental behavior and indiscretion on the part of the clergy, no matter which religion.
Certainly ministers, priests, pastors are all human and have their own opinions and are entitled to them. I have been privy to some of these thoughts as I have had friends who in their capacity as religioius leaders have had doubts about certain members of their flock and needed a trusted ear, however I have never seen any of these respected men or women pass judgement on others in a public forum. This seems almost blasphemous to consider that they might do so.
The INC ministers seem to have no compunction about passing summary judgement on their fellows and expelling them without any apparent second thought, followed immediately with degrading comments about the now "non-members."
Joel San Pedro on his facebook page and Edwil Zabala in every forum he shows up in are both prime examples of this behavior that comes as a shock to this observer. As supposed men of faith, they should be setting an example for their followers, and I guess in a way they are. The problem is the example they are setting is that it is ok to hate their former friends and family if the leaders of the church have a beef against them.
How they can feel and act this way is really alien to me. I used to respect all the holy men and women that I met. Certainly there are exceptions out there in any religion where people perpetrate evil under the guise of holiness, but in the case of the INC it seems that this sort of behavior is not only becoming commonplace but encouraged.
Shame on the leaders of the INC for not only allowing this sort of behavior but also to encourage it by example.
Religion should be about loving they neighbor. Not hating them for thinking differently than yourselves.
